Description: Given a site create a 4 person residence.

Concept: The area itself was not residential and had certain safety concerns. I chose to explore a courtyard house so that the residents might enjoy the benefits of a yard with more privacy and security. The second floor was also a large patio area which, while not usable for most of Chicago days, is a perk nonetheless. The exterior grating design was both for privacy and autoimmunity. From the outside you would not know this was a residence and that was the idea.
